Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pro178", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the pro178 platform, accessible at https://pro178.cam, together with its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the pro178 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all products, services, and features made available through them.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by pro178 before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Applicable Laws" means all statutes, regulations, and rules that apply to online gaming operations and to Players in their respective jurisdictions.

To register and maintain an Account on pro178, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pro178 does not permit access to, or use of, the Platform by any person under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or close family member of any such person associated with pro178 or any of its affiliates.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed via pro178's responsible gaming tools or imposed by pro178 following a review of your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

To use the full features of the pro178 Platform, you must create an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on pro178. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be closed upon discovery. Any Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending withdrawals in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate Account, contact our support team immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pro178 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pro178 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — protects both the Platform and its Players against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

To complete KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a bank statement showing the account used for deposits, or a screenshot of your e-wallet balance screen).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, if requested.

Documents must be legible, unedited, and submitted in a format accepted by our compliance team. pro178 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of a KYC review. Failure to complete KYC within 30 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension.

All deposits to your pro178 Account are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be refunded to the source account and the depositing Account may be suspended. pro178 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pro178 Account.
• Withdrawals to a different name or a different payment method than the one used for the most recent deposit may require additional verification.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.

pro178 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 minutes for bank transfers and under 30 minutes for e-wallets. These are target times, not guarantees; processing may be extended during peak periods, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or where additional compliance checks are required. All times are stated in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).

pro178 charges no fees on withdrawals. If your bank or e-wallet provider applies a receiving fee, that charge is outside our control and is borne by you.

pro178 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where stated, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• pro178 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or misuse of the promotional system.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk bet patterns intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in voiding of bonuses and may lead to Account suspension.

All bets placed on the pro178 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or market. General betting rules include:

Sports Betting

• All pre-match odds are guaranteed at the time of bet placement unless a material error has occurred (see below).
• In-play (live) odds are subject to fluctuation; a bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the time the bet slip was opened.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a return. If one leg of an accumulator is void, it is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated without it.
• Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published in the specific market rules section of the Platform.
• pro178 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a palpable error in odds, including odds that were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independently audited for fairness.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.

Togel Markets

• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published in real time and verified against official source data. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official source result, the official source result shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pro178 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by pro178.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions.

All content on the pro178 Platform — including but not limited to the pro178 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content licensed from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of pro178 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from pro178. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pro178 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or technical fault in the information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game results, or account balance information.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

pro178 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than regulatory or legal compulsion or confirmed fraud, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the last confirmed payment method on file within 10 business days. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. A Player who has voluntarily closed their Account may request reinstatement after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, subject to fresh KYC verification.

pro178 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pro178 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure within 30 days of your written complaint, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by pro178 at the time of the dispute. You waive any right to pursue claims as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this clause prevents pro178 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

pro178 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
